A buffet of Cheese Tortillini Alfredo, Brisket of Beef, Maple Glazed Virginia Ham, Garden Fresh Tossed Salad, Italian Vegetables, Rissole Potatoes, and rolls were served.
Cake
The cake was a three-tiered pink champagne cake with a coconut filled layer and two bavarian creme filled layers. A cascade of delicate sugar flowers decorated the cake. On top of the cake was the same Lladro cake topper used in Ireland.
